John 8:42-45 (NIV)
42. Jesus said to them, "If God were your Father, you would love me, for I came from God and now am here. I have not come on my own; but he sent me. 43. Why is my language not clear to you? Because you are unable to hear what I say.
44. You belong to your father, the devil, and you want to carry out your father's desire. He was a murderer from the beginning, not holding to the truth, for there is no truth in him. When he lies, he speaks his native language, for he is a liar and the father of lies. 45. Yet because I tell the truth, you do not believe me!

Notice these two things from the above passage:
1. Those who belong to the devil do not believe Jesus, and are unable to hear what He says, which He clearly defined as "the truth".
2. The devil has no truth in him, is a liar, and is a murderer.

Now lets look at what the Bible says about the antichrist:

2 Thessalonians 2:8-12 (NIV)
8. And then the lawless one will be revealed, whom the Lord Jesus will overthrow with the breath of his mouth and destroy by the splendor of his coming. 9. The coming of the lawless one will be in accordance with the work of Satan displayed in all kinds of counterfeit miracles, signs and wonders, 10. and in every sort of evil that deceives those who are perishing. They perish because they refused to love the truth and so be saved.
11. For this reason God sends them a powerful delusion so that they will believe the lie 12. and so that all will be condemned who have not believed the truth but have delighted in wickedness.

The antichrist's coming "will be in accordance with the work of satan...", which means it will be enveloped in deception. The devil is a liar, and lying IS deception. Verses 10 and 11 tell us that "those who are perishing" will believe his lies.

That means that if you believe the truth in the days of the antichrist, you will be made out to look like a liar, and people will call you foolish for believing what is really the truth.

In the past six months we have all witnessed the dismantling of the Clinton political machine by a man who does not have the experience of most serving in the U.S. Congress. We have seen women swooning just by being in Obama's presence. There is supernatural power at work in this man.

Obama has talked constantly about bringing our nation together, but he has never explained how he would accomplish this lofty goal, and has polarized the political left and right more than any president in US history.

The devil is called a "murderer" by Jesus. Obama's first act as president was to lift the ban on abortions overseas, and shortly after that began pushing for partial birth abortions to be legalized. Over 80% of Americans believe partial birth abortions should be illegal, and Biblically, ALL abortion is murder. Obama's claim to "bring our nation together" was obviously a lie.

Obama has said he would grant "amnesty" or "a path to citizenship" to over 12 million who are in this nation illegally. Sounds like a "lawless one", ignoring our own country's laws, huh? Meanwhile, over 75% of Americans are against such a plan and want our nation's borders with Mexico secured. Once again, Obama's claim to "bring our nation together" was obviously a lie.

Obama has lofty aspirations regarding health care that would cost American taxpayers billions of dollars. Most Americans oppose any tax hike, and do not want the government in control of healthcare.

The list goes on and on. Obama is implementing his own agenda, against the will of the people, and is in a constant state of breaking his own campaign promises.

The Bible tells us that the antichrist is a man who will have unbelievable charisma, who will claim he is an emissary of peace and hope. Obama's campaign promises? Peace and hope. He promised to pull out of Iraq "immediately" (which got him many votes), and still hasn't even touched on that subject since becoming president.

The Bible tells us the entire world will buy into the antichrist's lies and deception. When Obama visited Germany, he was given a hero's welcome, and his speech included a number of references to a "new WORLD order".

Obama says he wants to "open dialogue with" Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, who calls the USA "the great satan", and has vowed to destroy it in the name of Islam. Ahmadinejad also predicted before an entire United Nations assembly that a new world order was about to come into existence (that was in 2008), and has publicly stated that the "12th Imam" (the second coming of Muhammed, one of the most violent and evil men who ever lived) would be its leader. The 12th Imam of the muslim faith fits the description of the Bible's antichrist perfectly.

Obama openly calls his father, a devout muslim, the most influential person in his life. For years he has attended an anti-white Malcolm-X style marxist "church" that does not preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ, but teaches that Jesus was black, and that the evil race of whites must be eradicated. Guest speakers and friends of his church include influential muslim leaders like Nation Of Islam leader Louis Farrakhan. Farrakhan has openly called Obama "The Messiah".

Meanwhile, Obama has posed as a "Christian", since, after all, he goes to a "church", right?? But if you saw the senate debate between him and devout Christian Alan Keyes in 2004, you heard him openly deny Christ. He has ridiculed the scriptures on at least 3 different occasions, all of which you can find on YouTube. His campaign emblem, which he had put on his presidential campaign jet, is the "Islam Is Rising" logo; a zero with a rising sun inside it. (Islam's pride is that they invented the number zero, without which mathematical calculation is impossible.) Obama's publicist claimed the zero was an "O" that stood for "Obama".

Obama has spent millions of dollars on lawyer fees to keep his birth certificate and college records out of the hands of the public. He claims to have been born in Hawaii, while both his mother and his grandmother say he was born in what is now Kenya. (Hawaii is a state that allows birth certificates for people born out of the country, based on their parents.) Of course, a requirement to be president is that you must be born in our country.

The presidency of Barack Obama has been a constant, non-stop deception, and the media has served him in perpetuating his lies. He promotes all that our country has stood against since its founding.

What else does the Bible say about the antichrist?

Daniel 11:32 (NIV)
With flattery he will corrupt those who have violated the covenant, but the people who know their God will firmly resist him.

Here we can see that the antichrist will be adept at flattery, and that those who know their God will RESIST him!!

Daniel 11:36,37 (KJV)
36. And the king shall do according to his will; and he shall exalt himself, and magnify himself above every god, and shall speak marvellous things against the God of gods, and shall prosper till the indignation be accomplished: for that that is determined shall be done. 37. Neither shall he regard the God of his fathers, nor the desire of women, nor regard any god: for he shall magnify himself above all.

The antichrist is an arrogant man, who will exalt himself above everyone and everything, and yet because of his charm, people will go along with it! Verse 37 tells us he will not regard the God of his "fathers" ("fathers" in this Hebrew context means those who have come before him), nor will he regard the "desire for women" (he will support homosexuality). His disregard for the God of his fathers points to his rejection of God's ways. (He will support what God calls immoral: like abortion, sodomy, homosexual marriage, etc.).

Obama is currently trying to pass a "hate crimes" bill that uses terms like "sexual identity" without defining them! It would leave loopholes that would give pedophiles, homosexuals, the "trans-gendered", and others more rights than an average married person!!

The main deception of the antichrist will be that he seems to solve so many of the world's problems, so he is going to continue to "look good" in the world's eyes. To know and believe that Obama is the antichrist will not be popular in this world.

I know I'm leaving out half of the evidence that points to Barack Obama being the antichrist, including the mathematical presence of his name in Revelation 13, and Jesus' statement in Matthew 24:32-34 that the generation that began in 1948 (when Israel became a nation again) will not pass away before all is accomplished, and the incriminating statements in many of Obama's speeches, but I've mentioned the evidence that I deem most important.

We are living in the reign of the antichrist right now. If you think I'm crazy for saying so, then take heed of Jesus' words at the top of this devotional. I urge everyone in America to side with the Truth of the Bible! Be an ally of Jesus Christ, and oppose the antichrist, who now holds the office of president of the United States. When the church is gone, he will take over as leader of the entire world.

The good news is that the rapture is very near!! The other news is that we don't have much time to help people escape the great tribulation that is coming upon the world!!
